Brian is a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay and has been practicing for 28 years. Brian is an honours graduate from both the Technical and Clinical Programs in Orthotics and Prosthetics from George Brown College. He is the recipient of the ‘CAMP Orthopadic’ award, “Canadian Orthopaedic Association” award, as well as the ‘Canadian Association of Prosthetics and Orthotics (CAPO)’ award for ‘Excellence in Orthotics’. He is certified to measure for compression therapy garments and is specifically qualified to fit SpineCor - the dynamic scoliosis bracing system, and the WalkAide - innovative Neurotronics Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) Myo-Orthotics Technology for treatment of drop foot.
David was born in Thunder Bay and is happy to be working in his hometown. He specializes in the assessment, manufacturing, and fitting of custom foot orthotics as well as modifications and fitting of both orthopaedic and custom footwear. He received his certification in 2008 after earning an Honours degree in Kinesiology from Lakehead University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Western Ontario. David's passion for Pedorthics and care for his patients is evident in his daily routine, which makes him an exceptional practitioner and compliments our commitment to offer the best possible service for all patients.
Alex is a native of Thunder Bay and is thrilled to be working in his hometown. He earned an Undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Guelph in 2014, which is where he discovered his passion for Prosthetics and Orthotics. Alex then travelled to Melbourne, Australia to complete La Trobe University's Master of Clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics, graduating late 2016. Alex had the privilege of gaining valuable clinical experience in both Australia and New Zealand, providing him with a unique perspective as he pursues his career as a Certified Orthotist with Thunder Bay Orthopaedic Inc.
Matt makes use of his specialty art training from Alberta College of Art Design to bring an artistic touch to his work at Thunder Bay Orthopaedic Inc. He specializes in the metal and thermoplastic projects completed here at the clinic and is always eager to implement custom designs to best suit your needs. He is a native to Calgary but now calls Thunder Bay home.
Eric has been an orthopaedic technician here since 2011, specializing in custom orthotics and shoe modifications. When he isn't busy working on your shoes, he makes sure the office is entertained with his comedic relief. He was born and raised in Thunder Bay.

Each of us are well versed in company policy and procedures. We pride ourselves on treating our customers with courtesy and respect. We work closely together as a team to operate with promptness and efficiency for our appointments and service.
Front Office Manager
Marilyn is a lifelong Thunder Bay resident. She is a graduate of Accounting from Confederation College and has 39 years combined experience in banking, accounting, and customer service. She is our go-to for all agency-related inquiries, billing, and paperwork. Marilyn has been with Thunder Bay Orthopaedic Inc. for 18 years.
Alison is a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay and has both a certificate in Office Administration and Medical Office Administration. She has 25 years experience in related customer service and is relied on as second in command in the front office. Alison has been with Thunder Bay Orthopaedic Inc. for 8 years.
Brittany is the junior member of our team and comes to Thunder Bay Orthopaedic Inc. with 4 years of customer service experience. She has quickly become familiar with our protocol in her 18 months with our office. She is first on call to book your appointments in our Thunder Bay office and has also been instrumental in streamlining the booking of our travelling clinics held in our surrounding Northern Ontario communities. She is also a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay.
